SELOUS GAME REVERSE

Is 490 km. south-west of dar as saalam and it takes about 40 minutes to fly to the park,  from Dar es Salaam 4 hours by tran  TAZARA.or 5 to 6 hours by car  It contains some of Africa's largest and most important populations of elephants, buffaloes, and hunting dogs. Other large mammals that are found there include Roosevelt's sable (rarely seen), rhinos, hippos, giraffes, elands, sable antelopes, white-faced wildebeest, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, and lions (which are darker in color than their cousins in the northern circuits). The Selous male lions also have short, almost punk-like manes, very different from other lions in Africa .this tour will give you a opportunity to explore a real nature in 3 different ways. boat safari, walking safari, unlimited game drive inside the reserve .

day 1

pick you from Zanzibar around 7: am, arrive  to the park and check in to your lodge. Early breakfast and then drive all day game reserve to see animals such as elephant,lions, buffalo zebra and many other species, lunch box for you as your guide will select a location on a shade nearby water to watch animals coming to drink water .after all day game drive back to your lodge or camp around 6 pm for a dinner

Day 2

This day you will do another game drive till evening for aboat safari, this can be done though the Rufiji river by boat, here you can see crocodiles and hippos and see some animals coming to drink water uncountable number of birds species while enjoying sunset. get back for evening dinner to your lodge.

Day 3

very early in the morning walking safari with a bushman across the reserve to learn various history include traditional  trees used as medicinal healing and other animals which you didn't see during game drive. then back to your camp for lunch. Afternoon you fly back to Zanzibar or drive to dar as saalam.
